All of your order will be shipped out as soon as possible after receiving your Payment. All current units are U.S. Dollar. We accept only Paypal. An invoice will be sent within 48 hours after your order had automatically sent. Please check your email address registered with your account. If you do not receive any invoice, please contact us. Application must be checked before start buying. Please feel free to ask for more information. Please contact us if you have payment problem. We are sure that our good service and product quality will satisfy all of your requirements.
Payment

We accept only Paypal, PaySbuy and Money Transfer.An invoice will be sent within 48 hours. Please check your email address registered with us. If you do not receive any invoice, please contact us.
  • The payment is expected within 7 business days after the auctions ends. Non-payment or any action against this will be reported. Please contact us if you have payment problem.
  • We will put your payment on hold until received fully amount. We are not responsible for the delay.
  • Application must be checked before start bidding. Please feel free to ask for more information. There will be a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price if for some reason you change your mind.
  • Most of our items do not come with installation guide, so professional installation is highly recommended for perfect fitment and performance.
  • All sales are final. No refund or return for credit if customer receives the correct item but do not like it.
We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addres.We also take into consideration the PayPal Verified or not status and the PayPal record of the purchaser. If buyer request to ship to third party account, your payment will be refunded and you will be asked to either get a confirmed address, or pay using another method.
  • We usually ship Mon-Sat. and will generally ship an item within 2-3 business day following receipt of payment.
  • For all shipments oversea, buyer is responsible for all duties; customs fees and all additionally incurred handling charges.

If credit card is your selected choice of payment, please be notified that AtPartsMotor will let the credit card holder and/or any person that claim authority of card holder, to complete the transaction between AtPartsMotor and buyer even if the buyer and the card holder are not the same one. Thus AtPartsMotor is not responsible for discrepancy of the buyer and the card holder. The transaction ends when the buyer has already paid the item ordered and AtPartsMotor has already sent the item.

Policy

AtPartsMotor policy does not apply to items that are damaged in transit, nor does it apply to items that have been installed or otherwise used. We are sure that our good service and product quality will satisfy all of your requirements. In all communication, please provide your name, description of issue, payment date and method, otherwise delays may occur.
Warranty
Items lost in transit
  • We will ship only if our shipping company claim is approved. Customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
  • This process may take approximately two weeks to complete. Upon completion of the claim and receiving your payment for reshipping fee, we will be able to ship you a new item.
  • Please be patient and understand we are not the only ones involved in delivering a package to you.
Damaged Parts caused by transit
  • All parts leave our warehouse in good condition. If a part is received damaged, please contact us to call the shipping company immediately to file a claim.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping, insuring, and proof of delivery on all returns.
  • We are responsible for claim with shipping firm but we are not responsible for any re - shipping cost to the buyer.
Defective Merchandise
  • If you find visible defects on product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item to exchange any uninstalled defective merchandise for the same item by describe us theirs defects.
  • Our warranty on all parts against defects is on an exchange basis only. Absolutely no refunds or returns for credit. All sales are final.
  • The item must be returned to us within 15 days of the buyer receiving it. We are not responsible for the goods return shipping charges.
  • The defective item and its original packaging material must be returned together including our unmoved Auto Parts Professional store label sticker attached on our product and also an order confirmation leaflet which we put inside every package. Please send us back all mentioned otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your claim. We protect and unexpected mistake incurred between seller and buyer.
For any claim, the buyer must send these as following:
  1. A defective item attached with unmoved store label sticker
  2. An original package
  3. An order confirmation leaflet
  4. Items MUST be in new condition, which means the item in never installed.
  • If defective goods are returned without packaging material or over 15 days (after buyer receives goods), re-stock fee of 20% product cost will charge on buyer.
  • After thorough inspection of returned item, if we find that there are defects as you describe (our error), we will ship a new item within 15 - 30 days due to delay of opening a claim with a parts supplier that might occur. All shipping fee is buyer’s responsibility.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping, insuring, and proof of delivery on all returns. Therefore, please retain all tracking/insurance information until we ship the new item or refund the purchase.
  • Any return without defects as in description sent to us, we will re-ship the same one back to the buyer, which is responsible for return-to-sender shipment cost. Auto Part Professional reserve the right to cancel the return of non defect item to the buyer if return shipping payment is not completed by the buyer.
